I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. I have always been interested in sport health and the living body. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Biology from Western University. I went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
I enjoy all aspects of athletics and fitness with particular interests in strength and conditioning, Jiu-Jitsu, football and basketball. I have been a life long student of movement from gymnastics, dancing and martial arts. I truly believe movement is medicine.
I am a registered to practice in Canada and Hong Kong.
I currently only see patients by appointment only. I have office space access in both Toronto and Scarborough. My scope of practice includes patients of all ages, fitness and health levels. I currently focus on pain, posture and performance care in Toronto and the GTA. I strive to learn the most up to date treatment techniques. I am passionate about the health and movement of sports participants. I love to teach patients and clients on how to prepare their body for athletic longevity and healthy ageing.
I am also an FRS instructor and organizer for Functional Anatomy Seminars (FAS): the team behind Functional Range Release, Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch.
In my spare time I enjoy reading health books, fishing and practicing Cantonese. 🙂
